Delivery times and methods
All the orders duly paid are shipped on the following working day, while if the goods are directly picked up at our shop, they are immediately available. We ship our goods per express courier. Deliveries in Italy are made within the next 48 working hours after shipment. When calculating the day of delivery, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays must be excluded.

What to do when the delivery takes place
To make our delivery service more and more efficient, customers are kindly requested to check the package at the moment of the delivery.
If the package is not perfectly intact, customers must clearly write “GOODS UNCHECKED – DAMAGED PACKAGE” near their signature on the delivery note when accepting the goods.
If the package looks seriously damaged as to certainly have damaged its content, refuse to accept it and ask the courier to clearly write on the delivery note “GOODS REFUSED – DAMGED PACKAGE”.
Please remember to check that the total number of the parcels is correct.
Potential complaints must be made immediately to the courier, otherwise the goods are considered to have been delivered correctly.
If you accept the delivery as “goods unchecked”, please contact us as soon as you have checked the goods.
The transport document (invoice or waybill) contained in the package must be kept as warranty document.

The rates shown above are for standard single parcel shipments.

Any special shipments (multiple, fragile products, heavy or bulky parcels, in locations difficult to reach, air freight …) will be individually handled by prior arrangement with the buyer.

Right of withdrawal

Information for consumers in accordance to the Decreto legislativo 206/2005 (Italian Consumer code), as amended by the legislative decree 21/2014 – Consumers shall be entitled with all the rights foreseen by distance contracts under said legislative decree as of September, 6th 2005 No. 206 (Codice del Consumo – Italian consumer code), as amended by the legislative decree 21/2014, and with all the additional safeguards expressly provided to consumers by the Italian consumer code and any other applicable law.

In accordance to Article 64 of the Decreto Legislativo 206/2005 (Italian consumer code) as amended by the legislative decree 21/2014, customers may cancel orders placed on the Internet without any penalty and without having to specify any reason, notwithstanding the following conditions.

Customers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall expire 14 days after the day upon which the customer, or a third party other than the courier and indicated by the customer, has acquired physical possession of the goods.

To get reimbursement of the paid sum, customers shall send the purchased goods back to the following address at their own expense:

The shipping of the returned goods shall take place within 14 days after the delivery of the goods and may occur by any carrier or courier the customer deems more appropriate. Once the goods have arrived to our warehouse, they will be inspected to check potential damage or tampering not related to the transport.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not bear any cost as a result of such reimbursement We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods.


If the size of the shoes or clothes chosen does not fit perfectly, it is possible to require an exchange of size or item by only bearing the shipping costs. If you want to change the size, you may just notify it to us within 14 days from the delivery of the goods.

You will promptly receive our reply with clear instructions to exchange the size. All returned goods must be in their original condition, therefore including all the packages and accessories. Returned goods must comply with the conditions indicated in the section Returned goods policy. It is possible to exchange the size only once for each item, by only bearing the shipping costs. If the size you need is not available, Get Moving will allow you to exchange your item with a different model of the same size indicated on form for returning your item. All returned goods must have the features they had when they were bought (exception made when exchanging an item under warranty), therefore they must be in their original condition and ready for being re-sold. All original seals, labels, tags, boxes and packages must be intact. If returned goods do not comply with this requirement, they will be considered as “second hand” and they will be sent back to the sender, who will be charged for the transport costs. In particular, the following rules for returning goods are worth noting:

Shoes: they must be returned without ever having been used and they must not show signs of wear. In addition, all the labels included in the original package must not have been removed. The original box is considered as an essential part of the product and therefore it must be returned intact, without any sign or writing that can prevent it to be re-sold.

Clothes: clothing items must be returned complete with its original packet and with the manufacturer’s labels attached to it. If labels are removed from the clothing item, it is considered to have been used and this will cancel the right to have it replaced or reimbursed. The clothing item must be returned in any case as new, i.e. it must have never been worn or washed and it must be free of marks, stains, tears or other any alteration.

Accessories: the product must be returned complete with its labels and its intact package. Products packaged in a plastic blister pack must be intact and the blister must not have been opened and be complete with all its essential elements, such as accessories, cables, handbooks and loose parts.
